Apologies for not including it in the email earlier. If you're eager to embark on this challenge with me, I recommend doing the meditation in the mornings. This way, you won't feel too energized in the evening, ensuring a good night's sleep.


This morning Kundalini Kriya meditation for abundance incorporates breathwork and movement. Set a timer for 3 minutes for each exercise, and follow it up with some reflective journaling that’s included in the ebook.
